Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every LONGÉ product with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

Email us at support@longe.live with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, for U.S. orders, a prepaid return shipping label.

Conditions

Items must be returned in good condition with all included accessories. We reserve the right to decline returns that show damage beyond normal trial use. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times by your bank may vary.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@longe.live and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
